A 2-part, 2-hour workshop that will begin by teaching attendees how to become more situationally aware. Starting from the first day, the instructor will teach basic techniques in self-defense. Attendees should wear comfortable clothing/shoes and bring water. Participants must be 14+. All participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
