In collaboration with Botetourt County Parks & Recreation, Fincastle Library offers this free chair yoga series designed for seniors. The class will include gentle yoga movements and stretches both in a chair and standing using the chair as a prop.

Registration is required as class is limited to 10 participants. Call 540-928-2800 to register.
