As we get into the cooler months where we become a little more solitary, we want to make sure our community is aware of ways they can prevent accidents or tragedies from occurring during those winter months. We will cover topics such as fall prevention, signs of hypothermia, how to avoid a heart attack in the snow, and combating isolation and loneliness. We are partnering with businesses from all across our area to provide information, demonstrations, and workshops.
