- Public-Private Partnership Act (PPEA)
Public-Private Education Facilities and Infrastructure Act of 2002 (PPEA), is a law that regulates the involvement of the private sector in the provision of public infrastructure and services. The Act aims to promote and facilitate the implementation of privately financed projects and social services by enhancing transparency, fairness and sustainability. The Act also establishes the institutions, procedures and principles for the award, management and monitoring of public-private partnership agreements.
