Reserve a Meeting Room

Groups and organizations of an educational, cultural or civic nature may use library meeting rooms for a modest fee when rooms are not needed for activities sponsored in whole or in part by the library. Meeting rooms are available at all full-service locations and function on a first-come, first-served basis.

Organization type Rates Description
Community No fee Not-for-profit groups or organizations, including hobby clubs, civic organizations, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations, and local, state, or federal government agencies outside of Botetourt County. Use must be non-commercial in nature.
Commercial $25 for up to four (4) hours per reservation For-profit groups, organizations and businesses
Government No fee Botetourt County government and federal, state and local educational institutions
The Library reserves the right to waive fees.
Custodial $20 per hour Fee applies only if room requires cleaning after use
