Wear your costumes and join the Botetourt Parks & Recreation team and Buchanan PTA for a fun and spooktacular night! Local businesses will set up trick-or-treat booths around the track for children and families to visit. We will play Monsters, Inc at dusk so bring blankets and chairs to relax and enjoy the movie with family and friends!
