Curbside Pickup
Curbside delivery is a convenient, contactless service which allows you to pick-up items you have placed on hold from your vehicle at your local full-service branch.

Computers & WiFi
Multiple public computers are available at all full-service locations. No library card required however all users must sign-in at the front desk. You are limited to 30 minutes if others are waiting. If no one is waiting, you can stay on longer. Connect to free high-speed WiFi from your own laptop or mobile device at any full-service location, inside the buildings or from the parking lots. Wifi is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Print, Fax, Scan & More
Print, fax, scan, copy, laminate and more. We accept cash, check and credit cards. Scan (paper-to-digital) Free. Small jobs only, accommodates up to 11"x17" size paper. Bring your own USB drive. Self-service scanning is available at the Buchanan and Fincastle locations. Blue Ridge and Eagle Rock scanners require staff assistance. We respect your privacy with any documents we scan for you. Tax Forms: Some of the most frequently used tax forms are shipped to our branches from the IRS.

Local History & Genealogy
The Genealogy Room at Fincastle Library houses various collections, including family histories, Virginia County books, cemetery records, and books on Virginia history. A microfilm scanner is available to view old newspapers from the town of Buchanan, Virginia as well as other microfilms. A computer is available in the room for research. Classes about genealogical research are periodically offered at the libraries. The Local History Room at Eagle Rock Library is a special room dedicated to local history, where you can find pamphlets, yearbooks, genealogical resources, and more. Two computers are available in the room for research.

Test Proctoring
Botetourt County Library proctors written and online tests for patrons upon request and availability of personnel, facilities and technology.

Free notary services are available at all Botetourt County Library Branches. Please contact the library location to schedule an appointment as notaries' availability varies.
